The gnocchi forming machine was designed in compliance with CE regulations and built with high quality materials, available on international markets.
All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316 stainless steel. Precise adjustment systems allow the operator to modify the size and grooves of the gnocchi.
The flour recovery group can be completely dismantled for easy and thorough cleaning.
The mixture is introduced into the upper hopper and conveyed to the “knurled rollers” distribution group. This system allows continuous feeding and guarantees the uniformity of the final product.
The rollers and all components in contact with the dough are removable, to allow for easy cleaning.
Upon request, the machine can be equipped with a vibrating shaker for transporting the finished product.
