Automatic cutters

The machine has been designed for the production of tagliatelle and dough sheet (fresh, pasteurized or pre-cooked pasta). This machine is built in stainless steel.
Thanks to the interchangeability of the longitudinal cut groups and the variability of the transversal cuts it is possible to get various types and sizes of noodles.
Conveyor belts for product transport are made of non-stick material, suitable for food products.
The control and program panel and the electrical plant are built and installed according to current EC Directives.
