Calibrators

The calibrators for pasta made of stainless steel are particularly suitable for use in fresh pasta lines in conjunction with automatic Sheeter or Extruders for producing of lasagne and tagliatelle.
These machines are also included in the baking lines combined with cookers to produce pre-cooked lasagne and cannelloni.
Refiners rollers, made out in stainless steel, have different diameters in relation to the model and the width; are equipped with with brass scrapers. It is considered the extreme variety of models.
