The cappelletti forming machine is a machine for filled pasta production, suitable for the industrial production of ravioli, cappelletti or special formats like sacchettini, giants tortelloni in different formats, sizes and thicknesses of pasta. It’s possible to apply the “farfalle” format die.
The forming die is interchangeable; the operation is extremely easy and especially fast. The machine is able to produce both the filled pasta, type Cappelletti and ravioli, that the simple type pasta like “butterflies”.
