The DOUBLE EXIT SHEETER machine is designed and built to feed “continuously” the forming unit for double sheet ravioli.
The particular opening of the doors allows a complete cleaning and sanitization of internal parts, carried out in conditions of maximum safety for the operator. The kneading-sheeting unit is equipped with double sided shoulders to kept stagnates.
The sheeter is entirely programmable according to the needs of the processing and production of pasta.
The machine is built entirely in AISI 304. In the design and construction of the machine have been respected all the CE requirements.
The machinery can be equipped with an electronic control panel, managed by a PLC for the automatic programming of working cycles. All the functions of the machine can be monitored on a large “TOUCH SCREEN” panel.
