The “DP” model automatic sheeter designed and built to “continuously” feed the tagliatelle or lasagne production line with minimum moisture content.
The particular opening of the doors and pneumatic piston allows for complete cleaning and sanitization of the internal parts, carried out in conditions of maximum safety for the operator. The gremolator-laminator unit is equipped with double watertight side shoulders.
The automatic sheeter “DP” is built entirely in AISI 304. All CE regulations are respected in the design and construction of the machine.
The machine can be equipped with an electronic control panel managed by a PLC for automatic programming of the work cycles. All machine functions can be monitored on a large “TOUCH SCREEN” technology screen.
