AUTOMATIC RAVIOLI FORMING MACHINE model TA/250

Automatic ravioli forming machine model TA/250 is part of the plant for the production of filled pasta. The moulder is suitable for the production of double sheet ravioli of different sizes and formats from the catalog and on request. The mold is interchangeable and the ravioli can be cut individually or in groups.

Our automatic double sheet ravioli  forming machine is supplied with the air system for special fillings. The thickness of the sheet is mechanically adjustable. The forming machine can be supplied with a loading unit more suited to the customer’s production. You can choose between a loading filling group with screw  for hard and floury fillings or the Vacuum pump perfect for soft fillings.

All parts in contact with the product are completely removable to allow thorough cleaning. The amount of filling can be dosed through an electronic regulation system.

The version  “TOUCH SCREEN” automatic ravioli machine is currently available with an electronic control panel managed by a PLC for automatic programming of the work cycles. All machine functions can be monitored on a large TOUCH SCREEN control panel. And therefore to allow the connection with all PLC, Operator Panel and Modem users for company communication protocol. As an option, the ravioli machine can be equipped with a scrap cutter and a belt for the recovery of the scraps. The ravioli machine has been designed and built in compliance with the latest CE regulations in force.
