The forming machine for gnocchi production has been designed in compliance with CE regulations and built with high quality materials, available in international markets.
All parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel AISI 316. Precise control systems allow the operator to change the size and the rifling of gnocchi.
The group of recovery can be completely removed to allow easy and fast cleaning.
The dough is introduced into the upper hopper and carried into the “knurled roller” distribution group. This system allows continuous feeding and ensures uniformity of the final product.
The rollers and all the components in contact with the dough are removable, so as to allow easy cleaning of the machine.
On request the machine can be equipped with one vibrating device for the transport of the final product.
We made an applicable device for the production of gnocchi “A TRONCHETTO” on the forming machine model Agnelli.
